The villa is located 2 kilometres from the charming village of Besse sur Issole in the Var region of Provence in the heart of wine country. It is set on 6,000 sq.metres of terraced land which is fully private, fenced and gated. The property is planted with indigenous shrubs and herbs, such as lavender, thyme and rosemary. 

There are olive and fig trees and the AOC vineyard is right in front of the property.

Inside, airy spacious living areas extend seamlessly through windows that open into the wall to allow the large terrace to become an extension of the living and dining areas. 

The modern fully equipped kitchen has a pantry and bar. There are indoor and outdoor living and dining areas and barbecue.

The villa can sleep a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. 

There are two and a half baths, one of which is ensuite, as well as a solar shower beside the pool.

There is shaded parking for up to four cars.
