About Pamela

Formerly General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer to a greater public sector agency, as well as Corporate Secretary to its affiliated foundation, Pamela began her practice of corporate and commercial law with a major Bay Street law firm in Toronto, and has lectured in Business law at the Universities of Toronto and Ryerson. Prior to that, she worked as a business consultant and human resources specialist, and has co-managed a family owned business. She is fluently bilingual in English and French.
